These rankings are based on the perceptions of respondents and are not necessarily reflective of actual performance or impact.

- Vodacom was ranked first by companies for the seventh consecutive year. The company was also ranked first by NPOs this year, up from joint seventh in 2022.
- FirstRand moved to second place as ranked by companies and was ranked joint sixth by NPOs.
- Anglo American was ranked third again by companies and dropped to joint sixth by NPOs.
- Nedbank remained in the top five as ranked by companies and NPOs.
- MTN was ranked fifth by companies, down from second in 2022, and was ranked joint ninth by NPOs.
- Standard Bank was ranked joint third by NPOs, up from fourth position in 2022, and ninth by companies.

- Gift of the Givers was ranked first by companies and NPOs for the third consecutive year. It has been in the top three of both lists since 2016.
- Afrika Tikkun was ranked second by companies and NPOs. It has been in the top three of both lists since 2018.
- FoodForward SA was ranked fourth by companies, the same as last year. It was ranked joint third by NPOs, up from joint eighth in 2022.
- The Nelson Mandela Foundation remained in the company’s top five NPOs.
- The only other organisations that appear in both company and NPO rankings are CHOC and DG Murray Trust.
