The International Review of Philanthropy and Social Investment is an interdisciplinary international journal for primary research on philanthropy and social investment. Produced by the Centre on African Philanthropy and Social Investment (CAPSI) at the Wits Business School, the project explores the emergent and developing field of philanthropy and social investment in Africa and beyond.
Aimed at the academic and research communities, the journal addresses the research gap in this space and the lack of other journals dedicated to knowledge or practice in this field. It combines full-length academic articles with empirical experiences from experienced practitioners.
Bridging theory and practice across the philanthropic and private sectors, the journal serves as a resource for philanthropy and social investment academics, researchers, policymakers and practitioners, contributing to the body of international knowledge in this field.
