The DO MORE FOUNDATION Trust

The DO MORE FOUNDATION Trust is a South African non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of young children through early childhood development (ECD), food security, and community upliftment. Since 2017, we’ve served as a collaborative backbone organisation, uniting corporates, NGOs, government, and communities to drive sustainable, systemic change.

Our vision is to ensure every child has access to quality ECD services, guided by the National Integrated ECD Policy (2015). Through our innovative “Everyone Gets to PLAY” model, we deliver a comprehensive package of services—early learning, caregiver support, nutrition, health, safety, and infrastructure development—across six provinces, with a focus on rural and underserved areas.

Our flagship initiative, Leave No Young Child Behind, has reached over 20,000 children and 1,200 practitioners, demonstrating scalable impact. We also lead in policy advocacy, including climate resilience in ECD, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
