Words from our interns:
"Throughout activities and EMI, I have engaged with communities in new ways through project work that allows me to contribute practical and sustainable designs, participate in volunteering activities, and have the opportunity to learn from new cultures. It allows me to participate in projects that bring restoration and dignity to communities." Boikanyo Makhafola - Interior Design Intern 2022
“My time as an EMI intern felt like a gift that I unwrapped only to find a hundred more little gifts! Incredible people, lifelong friends, spiritually feeding and intellectually stimulating. It was one of the best decisions of my life.” Lelani Oosthuizen – Engineering Intern 2022
