SOCIALĀ MEDIA has a significant impact on giving, with 37% of donors saying that social media is the communication tool most likely to inspire giving and 36% saying it is also the tool most likely to inspire repeat donations.
WhatsApp has the most impact upon giving at 35%, higher than any other region. YouTube has the least impact at 2%, lower than any other region.
